Construction of 16 Industrial units


The contract was commissioned as a design and build package for the construction of 16 industrial units excluding any fit out works the units were designed with the use of alternative energy sources in mind, the project was constructed on reclaimed land a stone column piles were designed and used.

Conversion of existing house to office


The project was commissioned for a blind society for their new headquarters and office space on involved creating new offices in the roof space and new changing and shower facilities in the swimming pool area, along with the provision of a new cooking facility to disabled standards. The whole building was also refurbished to office standards.

Construction of registered care home facility


This project was a conversion of small industrial units into a care home facility. Incorporating communal areas and bathing facility, along with share kitchens, this is one of 3 care homes we have constructed for this client.

Extensions to Sailing Clubs


We have carried out two extensions to different sailing clubs to provide updated and larger members areas along with living and sleeping accommodation.

Design and build of industrial units


This project was carried out in two phases for a client to give 16 units over all, the units were provided with toilet facilities and power but were left for the purchasers to fit out, a pumping station was required to be provided and ground remediation were works were required on the site prior to work commencing.
